Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi
Welcome to the Indian Capital. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. Our representative will provide you with our India travel kit, including hotel and transport vouchers, air/rail tickets, a welcome letter from our Director, and a list of dos and don'ts for traveling in India. The day is at leisure to help you acclimate to the time zone.
Day 2: Bharatpur
Drive to Bharatpur (251 km / 6 hrs). En route, you can visit the Taj Mahal in Agra. Bharatpur is famous for its migratory bird Siberian cranes that visit the sanctuary in winters every year in search of food and warmer weather. Overnight in Bharatpur.
Day 3: Bharatpur
Today is reserved for a rickshaw ride in the Bharatpur bird sanctuary, where you can spot up to 375 species of birds. We recommend both a morning and an evening safari.
Day 4: Ranthambore
Depart early in the morning for Ranthambore (300 km / 6 hrs). After lunch, you can enjoy an evening safari in the wildlife sanctuary. You might have the chance to see tigers, leopards, jackals, hyenas, sloth bears, pythons, crocodiles, cobras, Indian roller birds, Bonelli's eagles, Crested hawk eagles, Great Partridges, king vultures, and Golden-woodpeckers.
Day 5: Ranthambore
Today, experience a morning and an evening safari to witness the Indian national animal, the tiger, in its natural habitat.
Day 6: Jaipur
You can either embark on a morning safari in Ranthambore and then drive to Jaipur (176 km / 4 hrs) or drive to Jaipur after breakfast and explore the city. Jaipur sightseeing includes Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Jantar Mantar (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Overnight in Jaipur.
Day 7: Sariska
Drive to Sariska wildlife sanctuary (120 km / 2.5 hrs) for another wildlife encounter. Overnight in Sariska.
Day 8: Delhi
Drop-off at Delhi airport for your onward journey.
