Bhangarh Fort, situated 85 km from Jaipur in the Alwar district, is a 17th-century fort built by Bhagwant Das for his younger son Madho Singh I. It is known for its ruins and is also a pre-historic site. The fort comprises several temples, havelis, shops, a mosque, and a palace.
Abhaneri, located 95 km from Jaipur, is renowned for its Chand Baori step well and Harshat Mata temple. The primary attraction is Chand Baori, a 10th-century monument showcasing Rajasthani architectural expertise. It has 3,500 narrow steps over 13 stories and extends approximately 30 m (100 ft) into the ground, making it one of India's largest and deepest stepwells.
